Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (MiFID)

On 3 January 2018, the European Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (MiFID II) came into force with its implementing provisions and national implementation measures.

Among others, MiFID II aims to improve transparency and investor protection on the financial markets. MiFID II has an impact in particular on asset management and the advisory business in financial instruments.

Either you will receive an acknowledgement of receipt from us within five working days of receipt, which will tell you the responsible contact person and the expected processing time for dealing with your complaint, or we will already submit a solution to you. If the proposed solution does not meet with your approval or if the processing of your concern is not to your satisfaction, you have the option of contacting our managing director Mr. Eckhard Lang directly or of initiating a procedure for the out-of-court settlement of complaints with the Luxembourg financial supervisory authority Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF).
